How many faces can you recognize? I'm sure of more than half, pretty sure of three more and one just pretty well escapes me although I do have a not very good guess.
The first Past Commodre's Party at Bud Pipkin's house in 1981. Although not on Splash Day,
this started the annual tradition of the Splash Day Past Commodore's Brunch. Seated in the
front row from left to right are George Miskovsky, Bayless Kirtley, Guy Liebman, John Miller
and Dan Cooper. Second row: Joe Warner, Asbury Smith, John Carney, Jim Meade and Bud Pipkin.
In the back row are: Forest Jones, Steve Taylor, Ken Morrison, Eddie Kahoe, Pete Overholser
and Joe Sears.
It came down to the last race of the series to determine the champion. This was shot as the leaders approached the finish line.
